Just getting the Leads from MS. But would like a 120Gb - How cheap can they go or am I better on Ebay?

If you can get it from a reputable seller on ebay i'd go for that, I think they around £60 on there, everywhere else is around the £80 mark. :)

what id suggest you do is buying one of the refurbished ones you get on ebay.... i got one for £45 delivered just today.

now i need transfer cable.

Phone xbox tech support. They are useless - it takes 10 minutes, but they'll get you one free in the end! I can dig out the number if you need.

Oh, and I'm bidding on a referb in 5, but thanks for the tip!

So are these rufurb'd models ok ??
Havin a quick look on ebay now myself and if they are good unuf might just start some bidding ... then there'll be even more of us after a cable :D

He's only got 50 feedbacks, but paypal 'should' cover you (especially now they withold alot of funds). Refurbs? By 360 was second hand...and shockingly has never broke. It's a 2006er.....so any day now...

I was wandering more about the quality of the Hard Disks due to them being refurbished, as in whats the likely reason for them being so? just returns that the normal retailer can't sell on due to being second hand or knackered ones that have had new drives fitted ? Either way are they any more likely to die on me than a brand new factory sealed one ?? :)
I'm not too fussed about the seller as like you mentioned there's paypal disputes to get money back if needed.

Damnit !! Just bought a Brand New one off Fleabay for £85 plus a fiver postage.
Only thing is that my one comes with the migration kit, would argos' too ?? - Even if it does just say no so that i can feel a little better about it :oops:
