Horse livery yard, farm.

You need your National Insurance number, you get it when you're nearly 16. Then you can work anywhere pretty much! Until then, you'll probably only get paper rounds or farm work as mentioned above.

i think newspaper rounds is a chiched choice, but there's probably plenty more out there.
kitchen hand/dish washer-upper
odd jobs for locals
admin and data entry for small businesses etc

if you have any skills such as web design, you can advertise on PPH (people per hour)

be prepared to accept peanuts. minimum wage for 16yo is going up to £3.79, so you'll probably be lucky to get that from an unscrupulous employer

Just be careful out there! My son ( when he was 15) posted that he wanted a job on gumtree ( without my knowledge, and being very naive) and got dodgy people contacting him!
Speak to your parents before you apply or advertise for ANY work!

has anyone not thought to ask what a 14 year old is doing on a shopping forum, shouldn't you be out at the cinema or something?!

Well done for wanting a job at such an early age, most are just taking selfies and being selfish at your age.

The only (Legal) jobs around here that someone can get at 14 is delivering the local paper, we have a few kids that do it together, my daughter tried looking a couple of years ago but no one would employ her because of her age (14) and because of insurance issues, she could only work at the local stables after doing a course which cost £90 (Obviously working around horses can be dangerous).

Good luck finding something to do, the only other possibility is doing something of your own back, but not knowing what you might be good at is limiting the reply.

Quite a lot of newsagents are paying much better now for papers delivery as it's difficult to find people willing to do it. A friend's son buys chocolate bars, drinks and crisps on offer at the local supermarket, then takes them into school and sells them at a profit to other pupils. He makes about £40 a week doing it as there is no sweet shop in the school. ;)

Car washing, markets if you can get up early or Golf caddying is good money if you get rich regulars.
