i was wondering if anyone could please help me find the above

My g/f's birthday and i was thinking of taking her to paris.

Iv looked at flights and hotels for a night, and found them to be around £200pp

Is this a good deal? If anyone could help me find a better deal would be appeciated greatly...(by rep ofcourse ;) )

I dont mind if its via the euroline or just flights..
and would like to be close to the city...

looking to travel around 20th-30th august
Also based in Coventry so would be looking to go from bham if flying/ (possiably coach)

Firstly, one advice: eurostar is way better than flying.
You are directly in the center of Paris (saving £4 per person per travel), are less stressed to miss your return travel, and you go under the channel ;-)

But the price really do depends on you dates. In september it is easy to have an Eurostar return for £59pp!
In august, it is way harder.
Try www.eurostar.com (click on "Eurostar tickets from just £55 return" and check the availability calendar) AND check http://www.raileurope.co.uk
Both offer packages train + hotel.

Hope it helps

And I forgot: cheapest price for the eurostar for mid-week travels!

Just got:
10:28 Depart London St Pancras Arrive Paris Nord 13:53 Wed 13-Aug
19:13 Depart Paris Nord Arrive London St Pancras 20:28 Thu 14-Aug
Hotel California Saint Germain (good location, 3 stars)
for £375.22 (£187.61 pp) using package from eurostar

Up to you now: you have to play with their website ;-)
