Has anyone received their xboxes or ps4's from last week yet, phone line doesn't work & emails have been ignored for me, I know it says on the website orders can take up to 7 days to be despatched but it's been 7 days now & still no despatch email

So it can take 7 days for it to be dispatched and is that 7 days up yet? You wont get a dispatch email surely until its dispatched. Have patience!!!

They said you would get a despatch email & yes it's been over 7 days since I placed my order, I was curious if anyone else had received their order as there seemed to be many on here that placed orders

The request was is the 7 days up yet? Not has it been 7 days I can read you eejit. Therefore its a matter of waiting for the 7th day to be up before saying you havent received the dispatch email. As pointed out...Clown! Not a scam website as plenty of people have said they have received their orders.

On the point lee - I'd be leaving it until 7th day is up and checking if its working days etc. before trying to waste time calling a company that will be inundated with calls at this time of year.

I understand they may be busy but ignoring emails & a phone line that doesn't even ring properly doesn't fill me with confidence, it's my sons Christmas present so I'm sure you can understand that I'm a little on edge about it turning up, a email reply would have put my mind at ease as most online businesses reply to you within 48 hours

THIS WAS AGAIN CAUSED DUE TO THE WEBSITE HOSTING PROBLEMS WE INCURRED DUE TO THE EXTRA VOLUME. ALL ORDERS HAVE ONLY BEEN CHARGED ONCE.

It all seems strange, most of the other stuff on there website is OOS, and checked there address from what they say is there's on there site and a furniture business is there.
I have a xbox ordered so am getting more and more worried.

I also ordered a xbox one still waiting they were quick enough in taking the money out my account . Fingers crossed or I'm going to have one sad 9 year old boy on Xmas day

Indeed, but at least they are putting their hands up and being open about the problems and giving refunds. I guess it's the challenge of trying to grow a business. Cash flow is king and all that.

I saved for ages for a ps4 and ordered Friday, got a confirmation email but no ps4, no refund or contact. I've also just lost my job so no cash to buy kids other presents!! What a nightmare :-(

just spoken to my bank apparently they have taken 3000 orders for only a few hundred x boxes there email address does not work anymore and there websites down .for those like myself who placed orders on black friday by credit card we should be protected under section 75 of the credit card act but can not make a claim until the 12th dec

We've been done as well. Just found out. Website has gone and it phone just keeps keeps ringing. Am devastated. was so excited to get this for my son after the rough year he has had to deal with. Now we have no present and no money to get a present with as paypal say it takes 30 days.

I was stupid and paid with a debit card. Lloyds say they will refund but the person I was talking to didn't sound at all confident. Have to wait 2 weeks.

Im in the same boat. PS4 ordered on Friday 28th, November. No Dispatch email although it did say may take 7 days to dispatch. An email explaining the delay would of been nice. Unfortunately I have had to dispute this through PayPal and my AMEX card to be sure i am not done this time of year. Legitimate or not i'm taking no chances, glad i paid by AMEX as they have froze the payment until resolved. Lets hope 247Electronics have only made a mistake and not purposely mislead everyone.

Yes I have done the same with my AMEX and they have frozen the money and ave requested a copy of the order confirmation email sent by the 247 scum. They said they have had a few of these claims. Fingers Crossed now!

I just hope everyone gets their money back before Christmas and in time to get replacement gifts for their loved ones. I'm not sure how many of you were aware that this company and these deals were reported/spammed and removed off HUKD as members had done research to see these were not a legitimate company to do business with. However even after these were removed HUKD admins and mods decided they would put the deals back on the website allowing more members to get involved. I'm not sure how much you all knew as I know some members knew nothing about this. I have raised a feedback post asking for the reason behind this and apologies from the admin and mods who made this decision. I have also asked for them to set up a page to help members who were affected by the scam they brought back onto the website however they have quite rudely ignored all requests and quite simply done nothing with no apologies. If you want some feedback try commenting on the thread here to see if we can get a page at the top of the main page for helping members like when passwords were hacked. This information is intended to keep you up-to-date with your orders.

Due to unexpected traffic we received during Black Friday, we faced a number of technical issues, namely being unable to login to our admin section to place a limit on the orders and update stock quantities. By the time we regained access to our backend admin section on Saturday, we had received and processed payments of around 3000 orders while holding stock for around 400 units of PS4 and Xbox One consoles. Over the weekend we placed an order for 5000 units of consoles from our supplier and at this moment in time, we have not received an estimated time of delivery.

We have decided to withhold fulfilment of orders of units that we have in stock due to:
- Notifications of cancellations, as the order was ready to despatch.
- Paypal limiting and freezing our account.
- Termination notices and withholding of funds due to us from our credit card processors.

We would like to offer our sincere apologies to our customers for being unable to fulfil their orders. We have instructed PayPal and our card processor to refund all orders placed after midday Thursday the 27th of November. We would also advise that you open a dispute with PayPal and/or your credit/debit card issuer, which we would not challenge.

We understand our customer service has being unsatisfactory. Our 4 staff were overwhelmed with the amount of calls we received, numbering a few hundred a day and up to 150 emails an hour.

We hope that that you receive your funds in a timely manner, and again apologise for any disruption to your Christmas shopping. Our site will return in the new year, once we are certain all outstanding issues have been resolved.

Disgusted with this service my son ordered a ps4 for my grandson he paid by direct debit he has telephoned the bank and they have told him if he does get a refund it will not be this side of Christmas so my 7yr old grandson has to go without what are we going to tell him when he wakes up Christmas morning we are all heartbroken

They are scamming **** like the way they said extra £5 discount if you pay by debit card !! So the **** can fleece your account quicker and disappear get refunds now

It says refunds are being given for orders after the date stated, what does that mean for those who placed the order before that date?

hi i ordered a xbox one call of duty console bundle on the 28/11/2014 payed 269.99 had my order conformation through straight away saying i would recieve my item in 5-7 days 7 days are up i cant get on to my login page nothing just a long message for people that bought after 27/11/14 saying that they didnt have enough consoles for the orders that were taken after 27/11/14 and that paypal would refund everyone straight away but i have had nothing back has anyone eles had a refund
i have started a claim with paypal against 24/7 electronics so all i can do is wait

last night I went to their website and the page displayed correctly as a normal website (Saved picture on phone) They gave a sales telephone number 020 8839 0971. I rang and was told that 24*7 had given their number but they were a different company. They were rashmian.com Strange that they answered this number when their website gives a different phone number.

Today their website goes to the normal 'we apologise blah blah blah' page

not a scam website same thing happened to me and i called the bank to report it and they said their not a scam website! ring your bank and talk to the fraud team in order to get your money back
