26" hdtv advice on specs please

Hi i have seen a second hand 26PF5521 phillips tv for sale for £200 and i am not too sure about the specifications. here they are:

[* Weight : 13.3kg I am not too sure about the specifications, you can buy this tv for about £450 at dixons. Is it worth the price? Is the specification good? what should i look for in buying a hdtv?

Yes, you want the resolution, eg 768p and you ant the connections, ie HDMI. 2 ports ius good.

If you use it for play xbox 360 now or future, don't buy it, however, the price is ok.
