When it comes to pc side of it, what do you need? Gaming/office usage. Do you have amd/nvidia card if gaming? What games are pc based?

Save more and get a 1440p with g-sync and 144hz saying you have a 1070. You'd be better spending as much as you can on a monitor because even though now 1080p is most popular resolution, the better hardware coming and currently available will push more. I'm using an AOC agon myself

I'd say the same.

1080 @ 27" is horribly low-res. 1080 @ 60Hz is enough to portray the illusion of motion, but doesn't look anywhere near as fluid or smooth as 144Hz. [email protected] is the way to go, especially for a monitor that isn't likely to be replaced for a long while.

avforums a guy selling a dell 2515h for like £170.. what i use for gaming, picture is really nice and sharp and bright, people might knock it for being standard 60hz, not 144hz, but you would pay an awful lot more for a 144hz panel with this image quality. Have been a massive fan of Dell monitor build quality for years, personally find 1440p scaling totally fine on 25" as well.. better pixel density and all that. Your card can handle 1440 no problem as well, i'm using 1060
