I am going to take the plunge into getting an LCD TV.

I want 32", the speakers need to be under the telly and she who must be obeyed wants it in silver.

So which TV can you recommend that offers the best value for money and fills this criteria

Many thanks in advance.

Mike

Ps if anyone sees guitar hero package going cheap, I still haven't found any deals on that yet?

If you are on a budget then you'd do better with a CRT set.

IIRC, Samsung and Philips do HD CRT sets at around the £500 mark that'll knock spots off any HD LCD or Plasma.

Edit: Something like Argos 5362341 would do the trick.

Or buy here: http://www.electricaldiscountuk.co.uk/itfx_product_details.php?pid=6499&PHPSESSID=277ba8374ab618450bf8488b841c1bec and save £110
Or get the Samsung

Go here for more infor on the Sammy CRTs: http://www.avforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=412524&highlight=samsung

Personally though, if im going to gamble with my hard earned cash i'd rather do it in a poker game than by buying a sometimes dodgy HD CRT

For a more reliable (but more expensive) option go for the Toshiba 32WTL66 or if you want better sound and more than 3 HDMI Ports then go for the Toshiba 32WLT68. The 68 is the same as the 66 but has 3 HDMI ports instead of 2 and the sound for it is developed by Onkyo (with an option of a sub-woofer)
