Hi Folks, first time poster here, so go gentle on me!

I'm looking to buy my folks a 37" TV. The Best deal at the moment is the Matsui LM37HD1 37" High Definition LCD TV for £749 from Currys, using the free delivery
code and the PERK50. I would like to buy from a reputable dealer so that when it comes my parents will be happy knowing it's from a high street shop they can complain to!!

So anyone got any ideas? I saw the great deals on the 32" LCD's, and am looking for something as good!!!

Personally I would not go near a Matsui, But I can recommend a Sharp 37" High Def from currys.

Have a look and let me know what you think

I got some discount codes for it

the toshiba 37wl66 can be got for £806 including delivery in that price.

it doesnt have built in tv tuner but if you have sky or cable or a set top box , it wont matter anyway.

places like digitaldirect.co.uk or rgbelectrical.co.uk should have them at that price, is also a great tv, i have one at home right now.

Welcome to HUKD bazzaric.

We always buy Sony TVs. You could try your local Sony Centre (if you have one) as they often have deals to clear stock-room space for newer models:

Quote from their site:
"In-store prices may vary from Sony Style Online prices. Sony Centres are independently owned & operated retailers who set their own prices. Neither Sony United Kingdom Limited nor Sony e-Solutions Europe BV can confirm in-store prices. Contact your local Sony Centre for details of prices and availability.
Find your nearest Sony Centre here..."
