try a different network.
#2
Build a 50 foot tower and put the caravan on top.
#3
Switch to 2G.
#4
Go for 2g. you would get better coverage and saves battery too (not sure).

Locate your caravan in the middle of a city.

Assuming you can get at least some signal, set yourself up with a mobile wifi working from 4G
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Huawei-Unlocked-Wireless-Mobile-Router-/dp/B018TO4I9W

Since your signal is weak purchase the additional 4G LTE Antenna
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00VB9YF78
(other more pricey Antenna are available but start with simple ones first)

If you can get a stable signal then some of the operators have an app that will allow them to work over wifi eg "ee over wifi" or use apps such as Skype/whatapp etc for voice (skype has an option to phone landlines)

Remember you, will need at least to have some 4G signal, before you try to boost it. If you are in a total black spot this will not work
