Hi all,

I am currently looking for the best streaming stick/device/box for my TV. I have an Amazon Prime Video, Netflix and Now TV (entertainment pass) subscription and I also watch free-view TV. Is there a device or box that can give me all of these in one!? (Consoles not an option).

The Now TV Smart box has free view built in but doesn't have Netflix or the Amazon app, Roku can have all of them but doesn't have free-view tuner built in.

I just want one box/device/stick that can do it all!

Thanks in advance!

Cancel Netflix, amazon prime and now tv. Your welcome

Roku are probably the only ones. There are better boxes but i believe it's the only one that will let you install them all. For freeview you'd need to use the various apps or a plugin in the likes of Kodi.

You just described a HTPC.

Never been a fan of Kodi, I just find all the interfaces very annoying. I have no issues with paying the subscription as I share the cost with my other half. Thanks for your comment though!

Haha, yep I think I did! Can't afford that though!

My LG tv has Now TV, Amazon Prime and Netflix in the smart apps. It also has a freeview tuner too. That said, I also have a Firestick with Kodi plugged into it as I get most of my viewing content from that

Yeah, I have a 40" TV but have had it for a good few years just before the Smart TV Hype. Maybe I can save some pennies together and get a budget Smart TV that can do it all!

I know this isn't what you meant but I have a BT Youview PVR which has Freeview, Netflix and NowTV apps plus BT films (pricey), then you can plug in an Amazon Fire stick for Amazon. You can buy the box as a standalone cheaper on Ebay but then the data you use would be counted against your monthly limit, if you have one, and the BT services wouldn't be available, or you can get one from BT if you are with them.

Thanks for your reply. This could potentially be an option. Now TV and Netflix are the main ones I do use. So accessing amazon on a different device might not be the worst thing! If only the Now TV smart box supported netflix!
Sounds like it might work for you, there are some pros and cons but I am happy with mine. Who is your broadband provider?

Edit: Just seen your edit. Oh no, how frustrating. It was only a few years ago that it was impossible to get iPlayer, 4OD (as was), ITV Player and 5 on one device, I remember how annoying that was.

Xbox 360 (presume you said no console because of the price)

Just buy a small atom pc or stick. Plenty of processing power and completely configurable.
