Advice needed

I am currently looking for a small portable laptop to carry around university with me, with a screen size of around 12".

I have ordered the Samsung nc20 from amazon for £330, but just wondering if this is a wise choice right now or to cancel?

Can someone pls help?

Java coding, photoshop and flash etc, and would be nice to have win 7 aero?

Is this worth the money or is it best to wait for a deal?

The NC20 has the Atom/Nano doesn't it? It's not the best choice for Photoshop, Flash and Windows 7.

You have to decide on the tradeoff between a heavy 2.5kg full power laptop like the Q320, a ligher ULV laptop like the Acer Timeline 13 or the Ferrari one and a low power netbook like the NC20.

Something like the NC20 will be light and easy to carry all day but some flash games probably won't run entirely smoothly and the more demanding photoshop effects will take longer to apply then you're used to.

At the other end of the scale, a full power laptop will be almost as fast as a desktop (as long as it's got a decent hard drive), but you'll notice the weight much more.
