As above, I have this for sale on Ebay but I'm wondering if any of the more computer minded can give me an idea on a fair selling price.. it's in good condition, rarely used but does have a very small ding on the front casing corner. Specs for the laptop are shown in the link to toshiba website.

Thanks for your reply, I did try that but unfortunately none of this exact model seem to have been sold, the ones closest either had less ram and smaller hard drives. The closest one I could find sold for around £120

About £50-£60 if you're lucky as it's a 6.5 year old model with no GPU acceleration.

Thanks, yeah I thought around the £100 tag would be fair.

As low as that, I was thinking a little more.. that said never realised the age of the model.

Looking on ebay I stand corrected, pretty much any i3 without GPU acceleration is going for top dollar. I'd say around £100, just chuck some old pc gear with it to make it more appealing.

its worth a bit more than that. and the age dont really matter once its put back to factory defaults.
i personally think my estimate is fairer mate

Thanks, I'll go for around £100 then :)

Thanks to everyone for all your help.

Personally I wouldn't spend more than £50 on it but then I'm not buying it.

I think it appeals to those who want to strip it for spare parts or to upgrade it slightly (more ram, bigger hard drive) and sell it for profit. about £100 is fair.

try gumtree first put it around 110 with offers and see what u get offered will save u fees and postage costs as with old laptops u can't really give a warranty if shipping causes it any damage due temperatures in transit etc.

if selling on ebay make sure you are very clear about the "small ding"

thanks, yes I'm always careful with things like this on ebay, I've taken a zoomed in photo and also will mention in the description.
