Anyone else had this weird occurrence? I've tried to buy my daughter a knee brace. Her physio said the one I bought wasn't right and recommended the x factor knee brace. Wasn't paying £42 when I could get it from Amazon for £20 so I ordered it from Amazon. They delivered X large. Sent it back and tried again. If you ask for regular the order changes to X large. I've explained repeatedly to Amazon who say they'll deal with it. 5 weeks later I'm still trying. I call them, Abe is great and puts a note with the order, I don't mean that sarcastically, he really was trying to help. I get another X large. I'm really feeling for Abe. Keep trying to leave reviews warning people about the size problem but they get refused. 4 hours later I come home and there's now 13 reviews for the item when there hasn't been 1 in 3 months. I've ended up buying at twice the price elsewhere because my daughter is in pain, but has anyone else experienced this wierd happening?

Is it a third party seller?

Amazon have never bothered rectifying anything that I've ever pointed out. I even sent them emails from manufacturers stating there description was incorrect yet they still sell it with false info. I've repeatedly told them pictures don't match descriptions but they never changed them.

If its this you're referring to then the 13 reviews it shows are actually from amazon.com, not amazon.co.uk :)

(you have to select regular size before the reviews show up)

The first one I bought was from Amazon via vital physio, they initially thought I was the dimwit. They said the order clearly stated X-Large and I should have ignored the fact I had selected the regular drop down. However they were great in the end, understood the problem and refunded both the cost of the purchase and the cost of return. I then repeatedly ordered and cancelled within 30 minutes when I saw the item title being sent was going to be wrong. That's why I finally called Amazon and spoke to their rep, he was great and thought he could resolve the issue. Spoke to them last night and the lady was polite, apologised and refunded me immediately so I could buy a replacement. Try as I might to leave a comment on the page to warn others they refuse to publish it, saying it's in breach of terms and conditions.
So frustrating and I'll bet that now I've paid double for it from elsewhere my daughter will either not wear it, or get no benefit from it.

Think you're right, didn't notice the .com instead of co.uk. Been a bad week for me fifth infection in 10 weeks, no cause yet known, Dell accusing me of dropping my laptop so refusing to repair under warranty, them refusing to believe the purchase date saying the warranty expired in Jan, even though the anniversary is in March, and now this. I need a holiday...
At least Dell have finally agreed to take the laptop and look at it.

Send all your info to trading standards and inform amazon that's what you have done. Might make them take notice.

I'd thought about it before but cant be bothered with the hassle, fortunately I am able to leave reviews so hopefully people will see its incorrect.
