Get an NUS card through one of the means detailed on here and then you get 6 months free and the next year for £40

haha good point, could you point in the right direction please? I saw the vodaphone one and someone mentioned sign up for a free online course is that what you did?

I did it slightly differently but end result was the same. Just sign up to any free/very cheap online course that qualifys (loads of threads on here), then pay your £12 for an nus card. After that you get prime for £20 for the first year (6 months free) and £39 each year after.

Apply for a NUS extra card (I paid £33 for 3 years card delivered to my home address) then apply for Amazon student prime.

I read you just use the Shaw Academy email address when it asks for your student ID number.. worked for me :D

​They just ask you to scan your NUS card and send it them and then they send you a link to join. Usually they sort it within an hour of you sending it.

how do you set one of those up? ive signed up for a free course but no membership number or shaw academy email address.
