Amazon sent me used product TWICE. Now what?

I bought an Asus U3S6 on Amazon for xmas. Dispatched from and sold by Amazon

It arrived with damaged connectors. The replacement has no seal on the box and the tape on the anti-static bag has obviously been opened already as it's stretched.

How can I get this case elevated to something more than 'not all that important'?

It cost over £30, I'd like a *new* one.

Delivery set for tomorrow. Shame I still have to return the used one I now have!

Have you already spoken to them? If that's what they offered you then I'd complain. It's not very amazon like to treat customers like that especially when it's their fault. It's up to you whether or not you want to complain but in my experience it's worth it with amazon. If you do go ahead and complain make it clear that this type of service is unacceptable and you'd like something in return for your hassle. Don't be shy with words. If you want a discount then ask. Amazon messed up a few times for me and they are always sorry but you have to specifically ask for things like discounts etc. Good luck.

Not really sure what your question is.

If you contact Amazon they should offer you a 20% discount if you wish to keep the current one. That's up to you though, it will still have its usual warranty.

Phone customer service they will sort it out for you. 8)

they sent me a damaged and used Magimix, still with the previous person's return note in. No apology, just said I could return it for a refund if I didn't want it.
