go to supermarket just before closing as fresh organic food usually is heavy reduced. Morrisons have rice and pasta but milk, fruit and meat would be the biggest health benefit to change to organic.

I dont believe everything thats written on the internet. Do some more indepth research . Obviously it wont be nutritiously superior as it will only obtain whats in the soil.

Is there any need to be offensive...? You have provided a link which is only related to US/Canadian food production methods. The rules and regs regarding labeling Organic are different in the UK. Each to their own...

im offending you because you have your mind set in one direction. and that opinion is based on pure BS and not evidence.

nutritional content does not change between countries. toxicity of pesticides does not change against the countries nor the allowed products. toxicity also does not change... 90% of those products are made by oversees companies....
