Over the last year or so I have gained quite a few UV movies in my collection and used Wuaki for watching them on my Sony Android TV. Wuaki are now winding the UV service down and not all of my collection played with their player. I have tried popcorn but unable to get it to log on. I have also tried casting to the TV again not all movies will cast. Does anyone know of an alternative app that works to play my UV movies through an Android TV?

Try Flixster Video, I use it on iOS but you can get it for android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flixster.video&hl=en

why not just install Kodi on it?
it runs smooth on the Sony's and will play your collection in a library view so looks nice also.

you do have them downloaded don't you?
is that what you mean. or you talking about streaming from their site
if so just pop them on a hard drive and plug into the tv and set Kodi up
