We have a U.S. Robotics Wireless MAXg Router (USR5461), it is a good router, has everything you need, was around £40 I think.

bt homehub has these features except only 2 ports on switch
if your dsl is thru them phone and see if u can get one for free, try asking for a MAC code its amazing what you'll be offered lol

u run power over ethernet?, so u need that on a hub as well, or do u mean powerline adapter(homeplug)
if u get homehub for free u can just add a 5 port ethernet switch which shouldn't cost more than a tenner
