I sent an order back In late Dec 2012 and I’m having trouble getting a answer back from this mega crap retail company, they don’t answer there phones they don’t answer there Emails they don’t answer there in account mails, most of their Tel numbers now seem to not be' live' anymore and the ones that are just give you a message to mail them and hangs up !!! Stress
Did manage to talk to them once and they told me they never got my return and to email them proof of postage (which I did) and still nothing ARGGGGGG more stress lol

i contacted them through facebook and they did contact me back within the hour. not that it helped. told me that they do so much business that they could stop my delivery going out and that i would just have to wait untill i get it, send it back, wait for them to recieve it and then process the refund. seems like common sense is dead.

My story is similar but with Zavvi; have to call after a couple of weeks sending the proof of postage.

Zavvi number is - 0844 264 0702

See if they transfer you or have same Customer service.

Zavvi number doesn't work either, just tells you to check the help section or email them, which is completely pointless as they never reply.

I'm having the same issue, I returned something earlier in the month and have heard nothing from them since. I'm giving them another 24 hours to reply, and then I'm just opening a case with paypal because I just can't be bothered anymore.

Just tried it, doesn't work :(

Can't understand why all of a sudden all their phone numbers stop working. I was speaking to them fine last week.

I would have suggested trying the main switchboard for The Hut Group & then ask to be redirected to the right department, but it seems there are no contact numbers available to call:

If The Hut Group was a new merchant looking for eligibility for "Deals" listings at HotUKDeals.com, they would be disallowed!

Have you tried there Facebook page I had problem last year used this and they replied really quickly. Good luck

Time they got some new apprentices in as the current ones all seem a lot **** anyway who can't do the job that they are paid to do or even under stand what the words Good Customer Service stand for. I think the good guys, and there were a couple, have moved on either due to being associated with a tat company or now have the qualifications to get a better job.

I had a similar problem - ordered two things in december - totally different item arrived. I returned it and asked for my money back & cancellation of original order. This week they have now said one of the original items can't be sourced so have despatched the second item. a bit late for Xmas!

I'm having exactly the same problem. Try this number, Mon-Fri only 01606 338 197. I called and spoke to them just over two weeks ago - I tried again today (Saturday) but they're not open. I'll try again Monday. I hope you get your refund! :)

This company used to be good. Appalled how I selected next day delivery and they post it standard delivery! No telephone numbers to ring and it took them over 24 hours to reply to an email.

i having the exact same trouble. placed an order, tried to cancel it 9 mins later and received an automated message saying its too late!!! whats that all about.

Just tried the Mon-Fri only 01606 338 197 number and the call was answered , then, all the recorded message says is, "if you want customer services clear off to the website and wait- or email us at reception and wait". terrible customer service attitude to hold when they want business.
wish i had known this before i bought from them, never again!!!!

Hi I am having a similar problem. When I received my package they looked as if someone else had tried them on ,pulled them off and put them back in there bag. They were outside in and the legs inside the jeans and all crumpled. I have sent then an email and a message on facebook. I tried phoning them and got the same message.

How on earth can a company have no customer service phone numbers so you can't talk to a actual person been trying for 2 days just to get some information!!!

I have had problems reaching them and have now emailed the CEO Matthew Moulding directly via http://www.ceoemail.com - this site provides all CEO details - just look up The Hut Group. Now awaiting a response.

I ordered a set of electric salt and pepper mills from them over 2 weeks ago, I have emailed the hut and there reply was it has been delivered and post through my letterbox which is near on impossible! I have had the same problems as a few others have on here! I find it hard to believe that in this day and age there is no way of contacting this company by telephone

I am trying to retrieve funds from 3 cancelled orders but The Hut are saying that the refunds have already been issued when there is no such activity to support this claim in my bank account. Have contacted my bank & they will now try to retrieve this outstanding money. Very dodgy company!! & Customer service is non-existent...!!!!!

This company has stolen £19.99 from me. Stolen because they force me to create an account to place an order. I then place the order, pay by debit card, and the order does not arrive. Now I can no longer log in to my account and there is no way of contacting them because they don't advertise a phone number or email address on their website. As far as I am concerned, this is an act of fraud and will be reported to the police. You might think that £19.99 is a small amount, but if there are 300 other people with the same problem and amount, that is £5997.00 that people have lost and The Hut has gained. If any management from The Hut read my post, get in touch with me using order number 51513677 as the reference. I will be contacting the police so do the right thing, the decent thing, and get in touch with me.

whats wrong with more than one post ? Just putting across my terrible experience with this company. Funny how the mention of getting the police to take a look at their activities made the order turn up though !!

Avoid The Hut at all costs is my advice.
