Hi, Im currently playing through Kirby Planet Robobot and Im loving the simple 'beat up everything apart from food' ideals. Ive played the Streets of Rage games and Code of Princess from the vc and Thor on the DS too but cant find many retail or eshop old school beat em ups. Ignoting the perviness, is Senran Kagura Burst any good?

What about Shovel Knight? Was originally a PC / Steam game but they made it for 3ds as well. Metacritic link

Not a typical beat em up but Hyrule Warriors Legends is great for some button bashing

If you like the classics, this has Altered Beast plus some great other old school games too.
