Any suggestions where I can purchase generic batteries for camcorders?

I'm looking for a battery for the Toshiba Camileo S20 camcorder (Part Number: PX1685E-1BRS) and was wondering if anyone knew where I might find a generic battery for this. These appear quite expensive, cheapest appears around £25.

I've tried 7dayshop but with no luck and could only find generic batteries for cameras.

Thanks

You're a star darklight, pardon the pun.

Will customs come into purchasing from ebay US for this?

And is the free shipping to the UK as well?

I've just answered my own question: yes it does.

Thanks ever so much darklight!

Just one more thing. I notice that it isn't saying s20 on any of these batteries. Are any of these actually compatible with the s20?

hi , sorry for the delayed reply ..only just spotted the question , I'm afraid can't answer that .. but that camera's not too bad in good daylight... sometimes borrow a mates to shoot my attempts at trials riding stunts ..anyway why not send a message to the vendors , should get confirmation or otherwise

Thanks again darklight, and no worries about the delayed. I was actually thinking of switching my computer off anyway as I need to get my head down for a few hours, I was working last night.

The spec on the cheapest one on ebay appear to be similar to the one on LambdaTek.

² Type: Li-ion

² Capacity: 1400mAh

² Voltage: 3.7V(Compatible with 3.6V)

The one on LambdaTek is only 100mAh.

Will try asking the vendor as you've suggested.

Thanks once again!
