Nope no alcohol listed on Boots site, Makeupalley, Wiki etc.
Why are you drinking it?

Witch-hazel can be delivered in water or alcohol -the boots one is water based. We have used it for bruises etc on the kids (they always need a plaster and some cream or 'medicine' for every little knock or scratch).
It is very slightly carcinogenic, but the carcinogenic constituent is minute.
Sensible to ask about the alcohol as the alcohol used in some Witch-hazel is isopropyl alcohol  which is toxic and should not be ingested. Less than half a pint is a lethal dose for a healthy adult. For a child, much less.
