Awful! Definitely fake and it was a long drawn out process getting returned. Avoid!
#3
Is kingdom ave watches fake? The prices seem normal, I've ordered a watch and now I'm so scared it's going to come and be fake!
#4
I purchased one last week and I'm still waiting on it, they aren't replying to my emails either, does anyone have a phone number for them? Are they definitely fake?
#5
so are thye fake or not? i was planning on getting one for my bf but i don't know
#6
I ordered 2 weeks ago a watch, and still did not get the order! Also they don't reply to emails, there's no phone number to contact them.
#7
I contacted via facebook mail. I paid with PayPal and they chased it up. I got a refund eventually but was definitely a fake watch!
#8
I order 2 weeks ago a men watch and still it did not came! however it was stated in the confirmation email that will take 2-3 days for delivering!
I tried my best to contact them by sending lots of email, but no replies, nothing at all. I am so angry , how could I be so stupid to fall in this and order from such a site
#9

My Mrs ordered a watch on the 22/11/16 and still haven't received it. Is this a scam??
#11
Looks like they are a spam. I ordered on 17/11 and nothing. As i can see some of the people they received fake watches and at least they had a refund on it.I have not received anything and I am doubting that I will!
#12
I've reported them to Action Fraud and reported it to my bank. I've had no response to any emails and I really wish I'd done some research before losing 130 quid.
#13
Same here. I did not checked for review or anything else ab them, got excited ab watches and ordered.
However they don't reply to emails,I sent them a letter on their adress, then I'll report them to Ombudsman.

#17
Yep,my order it was the same , for my boyfriend for Christmas. Now I'm in a big gap with money. Don't think that I'll get money back!
They are not provided with a phone number not even replying to emails. They steal people. I don't know if shall I laugh or cry ab the situation
#18
I'm gutted saved up to get it now I just have a horrible feeling I've been scamed! How dI'd you go about getting money back how have you reported it to and will the bank refund?
#19
Hi I had the same bother, I didn't hear from them. I sent some emails and they got back to me on Monday, then I received the watch next day, the apologised for the delay and assured my they were 100% genuine cause I read posts on here at it made me feel as if I was robbed also, the watch came and its definetly not a fake, I've checked every detail of the watch from a trusted site and all the serial numbers badges and marks are the exact same. I'm going to take the watch to beaverbrooks just to get it double checked but I'm sure it's 100% genuine. I had already started to fill in the forms from the bank to get the money back as I hadn't had a reply and thought I was ripped off.
#22
I don 't get it. How it's possible like some of the people they get the order and some nothing at all not even a reply on the email?
What 's wrong with them ?
They play or pick the people who to cheat or who not

Mine came no issue at all but it wasn't genuine. Was an Armani watch which all have an authentication cert, mine didn't. They said they could send one but it wouldn't match the serial no on the watch. That tells me nothing other than that there is a genuine Armani watch out there somewhere, but doesn't authenticate mine. Thankfully I paid through PayPal, was out £10 for tracked return postage but was better than the £180 I paid for the watch. They replied to me on facebook, just repeatedly write on their wall and they'll have to reply!

Also, the Armani logo on the back of mine was inconsistent with the genuine model. Other than that the rest was identical. Cheap genuine, very expensive fake. Lesson learnt - if it seems too good to be true... it likely is!
#25
I got a certificate and a instruction manual. How do I match the certificate to the watch, if this is fake then it's a pretty good fake as I've checked every detail even looked on you tube at someone showing u how to spot a fake and it all seems real to me

Oh no just reading all your comments, I placed an order on the 25th November and not received anything yet, did receive and order confirmation and receipt, trying to email them about when it will be delivered but no reply, so looks like I've been scammed as well. Susan1982 what email address did you send contact them on. God so annoyed with myself, just what we need at this time of year.

Also can't remember which way round it was but say the logo on the genuine ones is black on a silver background, mine was silver on a black background or vice versa. I went and looked at the genuine one and inspected it and it was not the same, but same model number. The whole authentication cert fiasco just screamed fake to me. Does the authentication cert match your serial no? If so, take it to a jeweller to have the cert verified. I'd be shocked if they weren't sceptical.

I dont know where to look for the serial number on the watch, it has a 6 digit number in the inside but doesn't match what is on the certificate. I'm sending it back regiardless got suspicions it is fake now, good fake but an expensive one at that just hope I get my money back

Yes the serial number is 6 digits engraved into the back and if this doesn't match the certificate then the certificate means absolutely nothing. Did you pay through PayPal? If so, don't return until you've contacted them. Or if card I'd maybe contact your card issuer to let them know. And send tracked. It's such a pain, it had me so stressed so i know how you feel.

Also, the warranty inside the instruction manual should be stamped and dated. Otherwise, like the certificate, it's worthless.

I know it is a pain, I'm already in the process of a chargeback from the bank but not sure how long that takes. I've paid through card there was no option for pay pal. Not sure what to do next. I think if I send it back I'll still not recieve a refund, I'm so annoyed with it all, really wish I I'd looked on here first, I've sent them an email but doubt I'll hear back now

What's their Facebook name? I can't find them on there

You need to report them to Action Fraud too - the website needs taking down - I wish I'd read all these reviews before losing my money. I haven't received my "fake" watch yet :(
