So I need a new drive since the one I have now is scaring the life out of me since its noise can be heard through my headphones. I don't own a SSD but was thinking about getting one to load the OS from and a few programs & games.
Then I stumbled on a seagate 1TB SSHD for £65 from amazon which offers SSD speeds with HDD capacity & price. Obviously its not as fast as an SSD but its pretty damn close. Also it lasts a lot longer than both HDD & SSD's since it chooses which drive to open from depending on how much you use each program.
Wondering if anyone here have one in either their PC or Laptop & what your experiences are? It seems a much better option than others. Thanks!
Edit: or would it be better with a simple SSD/HDD? thanks
