Hi everyone,

For some reason the link appears to be broken on their website and I urgently need to send a couple of items tomorrow as the price has changed and any delay may mean they don't receive them within 10 days.

Silly me use to have this saved but I no longer do and now typically I don't have one. I want to use RM and not Collect+ so if anyone could help that would be great. Thanks in advance!

Doesn't each Label have a unique Tracking Number? Using someone's label, CEX may not attribute the item to your order.

No, Cex attribute the item using the order number written on the label.

Also the barcode number is not on the label, it is only generated when the PO put on a separate label.

I sent 2 items few weeks back to CEX using Royal Mail. Each of those items had a different Bar Code in the label, which I then used for Tracking.

Yes, the barcode is for tracking the item during postage. Not for Cex to identify the items, the order number is for that.

The label supplied by the other member is not the same as you're mentioning. The PO apply a separate label with the tracking on that type. The label you're on about requires you to enter the details on the RM website.

Thank you for trying to help though, but I understand how it works. I just didn't have a label yesterday and there was a technical issue where I was taken to Royal Mail's homepage when I clicked the link rather than the label.

I see that it is working now however I have already posted the items this morning so the other member really helped me out by supplying that label as I wouldn't have been able to send them this morning when I was out.

Thanks for your explanation. Didn't know PO will apply separate label.

No problem. Yes, I think it is dependant on the PO though. I normally have to ask for this. Also this is only for the other type of label which doesn't already have a tracking number written on the label. There are 2 different types of label.
