Anyone know how to stop the 'TEMP File' in showbox?

I need help asap! I download a show from showbox and when it's finished downloading I try and transfer the file to my usb to watch on my xbox but the file is a 'TEMP File'. I don't know what to do but it's really frustrating. The file name doesn't have 'temp' in it, it has 'mp4'. I tried a few of the solutions but they don't work :(

Change it on your phone with esfile Explorer.

Just hold down on it and click rename and delete the. Temp

try using the pc to rename the file from xxxxxx.mp4.tmp to xxxxx.mp4
sometimes showbox doesn't rename the file when its finished
you may have to turn off "hide extension for known file types" in windows before you can see the full name

None of that works. It's hit or miss on how downloads.

HamanBasher's idea works... I downloaded "ES File Explorer File" from my playstore... I then located the movie in the Showbox folder, held it down clicked on rename when the option came up... Where they asked to rename the file all I did was delete this portion of the file name (.temp) and saved it and my problem was solved... So thanks a lot @HamanBasher

Brilliant HamanBasher. I have little skill in the technology world, but even I managed to do this successfully. Unfortunately app crashes after every conversion, but a small price to pay i think. Thank you!

When I tried to use ES I got a message on my samsung tablet " Your system forbids ES from writing on external SD Cards (Check https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=7570) so ES can only write on it after rooted. Perhaps it will work if I rename of the deice?????

‚Äčthis used to work for me but not working now... now when I tried to rename it, the .temp bit does not come up to allow me to change it.
