As titles say. Anyone know of a reputable & reasonably priced place to have a Samsung Galaxy S5 unlocked that's currently on 02? Thanks

If it was bought on an O2 contract then they'd unlock it for free, if it's on pay and go they charge £15. If it's on contract, then you need to put all your contract details in especially the mobile that's been used in the phone previously.

If you've just bought it and can not get hold of the account holder then go to an O2 store and buy a pay and go sim with £20 top up, make a call our 2 to show the sim has been used in the phone, ensure you have £15 credit remaining for them to charge you for the unlock. Then request the unlock after using the sim in your phone at least 24 hours. Is cheapest and most reliable way to get it done.

Here's the link to unlock: http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/unlocking-your-iphone-and-using-it-on-another-network#qs

If you need anymore help or advise give a me a shout.

Thanks

Thanks for the info. :)

It was bought from smartfonestore.com (Which I do not recommend!). I have already put my sim card in it which is a PAYG on 02 but later was possibly planning to change which is why I am thinking of getting it unlocked.

Go to the link above and request the unlock. They'll justcharge you £15 from your top up. Are you sure the phone isn't unlocked already? Always worth trying another sim before you waste £15.
