Try hydrogen peroxide, not sure which solution %. Try somewhere out of site first.

Back panel: 100% cotton
Lining: 100% cotton
Sleeve lining: 100% polyester
Back lining: 60% cotton, 40% polyester

its just on the arm so cow leather ??
