in years of expereince as swimming teacher I have never found commercial ear plugs much good. Best option has always been a small blob of vaseline on cotton wool!! Save yourself some money!!!

My daughter has a grommet in her ear. The doctor recommended www.bemedical.net
They sell silicone ear plugs as well as a neoprene headband for extra protection. They work great and were apparently designed by a specialist. Use code H4 for a 5% discount.
