So little about them when I do a search online. I've purchased 4 tickets, not received a confirmation email and am now starting to worry.

I'm fairly sure my Nine Inch Nails tickets were via axs and it took a little while for the email to come through too.

Thanks cdm22 - I've just looked on their Facebook page and it seems I'm not the only one. Maybe it's their system.
Did you get your actual tickets in good time?

Yeah, they sent the eticket through a week and a half later despite it not happening until May next year :)

I ordered the posted ones. =(
fingers crossed.

Theyre fine, big American company that specialise in tickets for the O2 mainly in this country. Ive bought plenty of tickets through them and never had any trouble.

I bought monty python tickets with them a few weeks back and they were fine, as someone posted above i also recieved my e ticket a week later!

Don't worry, they are completely legit and the official ticket seller for the O2, although you can purchase tickets for other venues too. I haven't always received a confirmation email from them but had no problem receiving tickets. You should be able to check your order on the site for piece of mind.

took a few hours to get the confirmation last time i ordered

Thanks all. I actually got a reply through their Facebook page this morning explaining there was a bit of a backlog and I have now received the confirmation.
I read that they were linked with or part of AEG and was more concerned about them being useless than fake - taking the money but not actually processing. The order properly. Seemingly all good however.
Thanks again to all.

The worst ticket booking service ever !!!!! Tickets not received - have continually telephoned to find out what is happening, each time have been on phone for 35 minutes without anybody answering, sent them emails, filled in their support ticket system and nobody has come back to me -DO NOT USE AXS FOR ANYTHING

Shame that you seem to have had a bad experience, but I've used them a few times now without problems if that can give you hope. Have you tried contacting them through Facebook?

Will never use AXS.com ever again, I have ordered tickets for a Christmas present and emailed to ask if they would send them out in time, I got a reply to say they wouldnt send them out before Christmas.
I called them today to ask if they would make an exception with it being a present, and they said no !
Friends of mine bought the exact same concert from EventIM and there tickets turned up in a few days, so they dont seem to struggle with that request !
I attend 4-5 concerts a year and probably spend £1000+ a year, none of this will ever go AXS.com way again !

My husband ordered tickets to be sent via email back in February and we're still waiting, have asked them to re-send to my email address as they apparently have tried his twice to no avail still no email - the event is in 3 weeks so not impressed so far.

I also notice from their website that they do not give refunds - not an outfit I'd recommend to anyone.
#14
I'm really worried too. Think they are dodgy! Avoid!

Have no concerns about this company. Ordered tickets in February for a concert tonight. They said they would arrive 7 to 10 days before the event .I was getting a little apprehensive but Wednesday morning they arrived. Will certainly use again.

Have just had a bad experience with them. Ordered tickets online, two weeks before concert, paid for postage (not cheap as they are making a profit on that too) plus a big "service" fee (a joke as Ive not had any) tickets failed to arrive. Told they would arrive 7 days before but its now 24 hours to go and still no tickets.Tried to call them, twice. Now being told to go Queue up at the box office an hour before the event gate opens to collect them. No postage refund will be given as its their policy of no refund whatsoever (even on tickets you do not get) the event is in London and I live in NE England. Train tickets are booked, hotel is prepaid too so its not just the ticket price here. They could not care less once they have your money because they have the monopoly on tickets and a one-sided agreement of no refund a win-win for them. Hoping that when I finally get to the box office it is still open and they will hand over my tickets, no guarantee that the near £200 ive spent is going to get me anywhere. Incidentally, the girl on the phone was both rude and dismissive because customers are at their mercy, you have NO comeback, be warned

to be fair, all ticket sellers claim to send tickets when they receive them from the promoters but it can be shortly before the gig. this would've been buried in the small print somewhere and is very standard. the fact that eventim sent theirs early is purely pot luck. their systems most likely won't be able to issue tickets early upon request and as unfortunate it was for you and your xmas present, it's not really their fault at all.
i have used AXS a few times and have had no issues.
i think in balance of fairness it should be pointed out that they weren't at fault here and buyers should double check in advance if they have key criteria (e.g. travelling from abroad before gig or want to give a present).

DennisG in balance of "fairness" most of the people on here have bad, not good experiences, if a company say the tickets will arrive 7 days prior to an event then that is exactly what the customer expects. If this company cannot fulfil that promise, then they should not be in business. The fact of the matter is, they do not keep to their side of an already one-sided agreement and fail their customers, they most definitely are at fault here and also in my case and plenty of others. Not wanting to get into any ping-pong message fights with you but reading your post, it sounds very much lije you actually work for them.....

Terrible service. Took forever to respond to me and blamed the promoter for the issue!

Bought tickets to a concert in Las Vegas in September of last year. Concert is 9/10/16. Got my tickets in March. Got an email today, less than a month before the concert: "Due to a staging challenge, we have moved your seats to a new location. Your new tickets will be delivered to you as E-Tickets to this email address. The new tickets will arrive within 5 days of the performance." Not certain what a "staging challenge" might be but Stub Hub is still selling tickets in my (apparently former) row in that section. No indication where these tickets might be located. If/when they arrive, if they're nose-bleed, it'll be too late to cancel flight/hotel reservations.

Calls to the phone number they give you tell you no one's available. Email to complain gets no response.

Never again. Save yourself some frustration, buy at StubHub or some other vendor.

Please destroy the old tickets, as the bar code will be voided out and cannot be used for admission.

Hi. I have just brought tickets from axs 5 mins ago for Marvel live next Sunday. I paid face value for good seats as opposed to highly a inflated price for poor seats from the likes of stubhub etc. took 5 mins to order and eticket already printed and in my hand......seems good to me.
