Do not buy from them! Google 'savvibuy scam' before you purchase. Other people have been mentioning that site on another forum. If it's too good to be true, it usually is my friend. Hoped I saved you some paper!!!

I would love to speak to you directly, but your phone line rings for 90 seconds and then cuts off. It is not very reassuring !

Ahh Do one savvibuy.
Do not trust these people! They've set everything up to make themselves look official. They'll take your money and split.

Please don't buy from here. They took my money and now I have to do the whole fraud thing and as it happens I don't live to far from there supposed offices so we will pay them a visit too.
The phone number is a scam too. No answer. Sent emails and surprise surprise no replies.
I was stupid to get done, please don't make the same mistake!

I wanted to cancel an order with Savvibuy after hearing all of these negative reports online.
I finally got through to them and they have promised to refund my £600 purchase within the next 1-5 days.
I will keep you posted if or not they do.....

Can you remember who you spoke to? I can't get through to anyone.
Also, what did you purchase for £600 from them?

They are lying. There customer support lines are NOT operational and are NOT accepting calls. I urge anyone looking at this post NOT to buy from the, and make the same mistake. 08000662137 is the number on their site but it cuts off after 1 minute. I have tried to call this number around 20 times in the last hour.

I couldn't get through to them on the phone so I tried contacting them on Facebook messenger instead. They responded within 20 mins or so. As I say, I haven't got my money back yet, but they have promised to refund it (and I received confirmation email that order is cancelled). It was for the playstation pro4 and VR bundle.....

Yes they have taken money already :(. I have already phoned bank and there is nothing they can do at this stage as they already authorized the payment. If I haven't received goods in 15 days then they will investigate.... But by then it might be too late !!!

It doesn't matter who they spoke to because they are not a real company, that is not a real helpline and this is a scam - they have stolen your money. Forget ringing them, call the police and your bank

Stephy84 created her account today, so that she could tell us that this fraudulent website that doesnt talk to anyone isn't actually fraudulent and has talked to them.
I dont find that in the least bit suspicious ha ha

Strangely the savvibuy account was created at the same time. Coincidences will happen...
#31
Ahhh God dammit you guys! I clocked on time ago that it might be a fake account. I was waiting for stephy84 to eventually reply back with 'hey guys great news, just got my money back! They are a legit site blah blah'
You guys need to learn the ways of the ninja man, learn to watch and wait :(
#32
Oh and I haven't purchased anything from them. Just trying to expose them and help others. Deffo do not buy from them!
#33
I am a genuine SavvyBuy customer, honest!!
I did set up my HotUKdeals account today because I was googling SavvyBuy (in panic) and came across this thread, which I wanted to reply to. My first post was directed at SavvyBuy because I couldn't get through on their customer service phone line, THEN they replied via Facebook and that's when I started posting the more hopeful stuff. I am still not advocating SavvyBuy by the way, still not received money back......
#34
*sorry, Savvibuy (see, I definitely do not work for them, ha!!)

Stephy84 is 100% a fake! She works for a rival company in Pakistan!!!
No I do not. Who are you?
#36
I also had serious doubts about savvibuy after ordering and subsequently reading reports online. I did then cancel my order fot an Apple Watch and received a full refund. I may just be lucky, but I was worried about not receiving the goods.

I ordered a hatchimal on the 22nd November stated on the website would be delivered no later then the 12th December. On my account it states order was fulfilled on the 2nd december..... I massaged savvibuy to find out when I would receive it... guess what they said.... the information is incorrect. I paid by credit card & after talking to my credit card company who have told me I'm 100% covered by them I decided to wait & see if I get it.... only 4 days to go so will let you know if I receive it

hi they also trade on ebay as advance tech.Having problems myself as ordered on 24th and still no item. They dont look that bad a seller on ebay. Im giving them a week and going to the shop in rochdale with the boys. lol

Only checked here coz was going to buy a apple watch so wanted to check if the site legit. Doesn't seem that way. Oh and the Facebook page was created on 20th October and most of us use social media so easy to do a quick reply on there. With a bit of research I could find out there static IP address and then the Mac address for that account which I could then find our the actual address it's coming from.
