OVO fixed 1 year, 100% green, yes I recommend and they pay 3% on credit balances!

I switched to first utility, got £25 cash back from topcashback. Had no problems with them, but I guess you only find out what a company is like when something goes wrong.

This. Most people will have a problem at some point. It's how the company deals with it that counts.

how do you find price compares to the others you could have used?

I recently transferred to Sainsbury's, which I would never have done had I realised it is just part of British Gas. Anyhooo, I used to be with OVO and can second them. The most straightforward company I've ever been with. You can provide your own meter readings every single month, so your bills are always spot on, but you don't have to. They're very clear and straightforward and almost everything is done online, so no long waits on the phone. You get virtually no paperwork, but can download your bills/statements from the site if you want to, to keep records. If you get a good deal with them,I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Generally OVO fixed term are one of the cheapest, I pay a bit more for 100% "renewable" electricity.

Would also give OVO a vote. Really easy to make contact with and clear information in online account. And of course, competitive cost !

I'm with the co-op, no complaints so far and not tied in at all

Edf blue.

I'm with ebico. Their customer service so far has been brilliant and they give me a very cheap deal on my pay as you go energy.

Joined Green Star Energy back in the summer (12 month tie in). Most competitive based on our usage, and £30 cashback using moneysupermarket comparison site. No issues so far and supply them meter readings when prompted.

Ebico is the way to go............just pay for what you use and NO other charges.

Extra Energy works for me, no problems so far, unlike N power, First utility and British Gas who have been worst than useless in the past for me.

Utility warehouse and I find them just fine.

I've just moved to daligas and Isupplyenergy. Switch was easy enough but websites aren't that good no autocalculation everytime you enter a reading.

first utility. and so far we are happy with them. we went to them via top cash back and got £52.50 cash back about 8 months ago. if your a member see what offers tcb have , if not its free to join and well worth it. everything we buy on line from argos, Tesco, car and house insurance, etc we go via tcb. we have had nearly £400 cashback in just over 2 years.

Npower... Avoid like the plague. Had loads of problems with them, topped off with receiving a £950 bill this week for a property I sold 12 months ago! Emailed a complaint on Monday, still waiting for a call.....

OVO and yes.
