The bragg one, with the mother is the one i use. A yellow labelled bottle. Excellent for weight loss. Definitely worked for me. I use two spoons of the apple cider vinegar, spoon of honey. Spoon of powder cinnamon . Spoon of freshly squeezed lemon all mixed in a glass of warm water Drink this first thing in the morning before you have your breakfast. I have also read ACV is good for many other issues too. Do a quick google search, will give you a better idea of the uses of ACV. :)

I buy mine from the local chemist, it is £6. But shop around it will definitely be cheaper elsewhere. I use any honey. The rowse honey u get from morrison or asda or any supermarket really should do the trick :)

No it doesn't. No it didn't. Just another marketing snake oil product. It has no proven role in weight loss. Anecdote is not evidence. It may have a stabilising effect on blood sugar when consuming a high carb meal, this has yet to be fully examined and evidenced.

I don't understand why people don't understand that weightloss is pure maths. If your body uses more calories a day than you put in it, you'll lose weight. Eat less, move more. It just proves that obese people are either stupid or lazy.

Because its NOT that simple, there are all kinds of gut interactions along with the bacteria that we are only now beginning to understand.

There's been examples of obesity cured/created when fecal transplants have been used.

Fact is we don't know why some people can eat **** all day long & stay thin where others can't.

For general weight loss in/out is the best example of weightloss but for a significant sample there's more at work

But for the vast majority, it's eating to much and not moving enough.

How do you know if it worked for me or not? Yes it does. And yes it did. Everyone is different. Their bodies are different, some diets work for some people, and don't for others. Therefore just because it doesn't work for one person, you cannot say it doesn't work at all for anyone else. I am going by my own experience, definitely worked for me. :)

Couldn't agree more. Its not that straight forward for some people. Majority maybe because they don't move often enough, but that is not the case for everyone .

Yes that's exactly what iv done. It is as simple as that for me :) I wasn't much of a heavy eater anyway. But still wasn't losing weight. Doing this every morning has helped.
