hi. bought s7 edge from argos about 7 months ago. The s7 edge is glitches and doesn't back up. I did all troubleshooting and even done full reset. Argos wouldn't help and told me to contact Samsung. I refused to give my faulty phone to ups delivery as arranged by Samsung because they stated in the email that I received from them that ...Samsung does not take liability during transit? I asked them who does and they said ups. Argos refusing to deal with it also. Am I being unreasonable? I refused to hand my £640 mobile and passwords to ups with no cover incase lost or damage. am I being unreasonable?
