pre order it I don't think asda pay staff to stand around on the offchance a customer might just want a cake making on the day

Only certain stores, check intercake.com to make sure you don't waste a trip.
How well it turns out will depend on your photo as they use an edible ink printer, but they are limited so dark or complex images should be avoided.
The perfectionist in me wished they came out better but most people were happy with the results.

My local doesn't do it, the one about 10mins away does though. I'll go in tomorrow just to see how it works.

So you recommend using light pictures?

Were they able to ice the cake as well? how much was it?

Most importantly, was it nice? thanks

The cake is already iced, they add the photo on to the top of cake, you don't need to pre order, they can do it while u shop, doesn't take long. The cake itself is ok, ours was a bit dry, just pick a box with a good best before date. The plain cakes are on the shelf.

Yeah I've done it they are ok don't think they can do it from a USB/phone though I took a photo with me and you choose a frame think my photo was a 6x4.
like mentioned they do it while you shop.

how much was the cake?

They are really **** when it comes to putting any copyrighted material on. I appreciate images of characters etc, and I'm guessing that the individual who authorised the print would be in the ****. But they wouldn't do print one a photo of my daughter in Disneyland surrounded by Disney characters for copyright reasons.

yeah i saw that online, the picture i would be using is one of both my sisters which should be fine

I went to the store today, its a little machine. you can have the picture printed, on a usb or your iphone (need your iphone cable) and it is so easy. but couldnt get the price unless i actually ordered
