Hi,

Anyone know how to setup Outlooklive.com email to automatically forward email from "ONE SPECIFIC" user to another email address?
I know you can go into options and forward "ALL" incoming mail to another email address, but I just want to forward incoming mail from a specific user...

All I see is the basic "forward all" on or off option.

Any ideas?

Click on the settings cog and go to 'Options', on the left under Mail>Automatic Processing click on 'Inbox and sweep rules'. Now create a new inbox rule rule. Name your rule if you like. On the dropdown box below select 'It was sent or received' and then 'Received from'. Enter the email address of the person(s) you wish to include in the new inbox rule. Now on the next dropdown box select 'Forward, redirect or send' then 'forward message to' and then enter the email address that you want to send it to.

Thanks Ross, can you use wildcards like *. etc in the incoming bit?
