I bought AP Backup for my home
the great thing about it i like is:
1. It installs as a service, so i don't need to log into windows for it to work (that's what i needed)
2. It can backup to ftp with a 128bit or RSA 256bit password protected zip: need i say more :)

so therefore on a daily basis, my critical files are backed up on a distant ftp server (where i have 100gb space, but taht's not an issue), and stored for 30 days (i.e i have set it to keep 30 copies, so 30 days then it cycles)
