UPDATED 23:45hr - HAVE ORDERED PHONE WHILE ON OFFER BEFORE MIDNIGHT.
Hi
I have a limited budget of £60 to buy my mum a new mobile, I have seen the below phones on offer and wondered which would be the best bet? She isn't in to upgrading phones, as long as it works she is quite happy so longevity would be a big plus.
She mainly texts but would use wifi for FB and maybe Internet for a satnav app.
( She is on GiffGaffbut I also know Carphone Warehouse are unlocked.)
These are the ones I have seen:
NOKIA LUMIA 530 £49.95 - CPW - WINDOWS 8.1
SAMSUNG GALAXY YOUNG £48.95 - CPW - ANDROID JELLY BEAN 4.1
BUSH WINDOWS - £59.95 - Argos sim free - WINDOWS 8.1 - Has dual sim
None of the family are due for an upgrade and we are all on either Tesco or GiffGaff.
I would appreciate any advice asap while offers are still on.
Thanks in advance!

Nokia Lumia 530 would be my choice. Windows phone 8.1 is surprisingly good and I actually prefer it to Android.

If the relative 'lack' of apps for a Windows 8.1 phone isn't an issue, that would be my choice of operating system. Smooth and very easy to use. Nokia would also be my brand choice.

Huawei Y550 49.99 @ CPW (29.99 if you already have a valid sim)

I just got one, it's OK as a backup smartphone, but there are a lot of basic features missing, autofocus and led-flash for example. The Y550 is much better.

A budget phone that disappoints in almost every way

Just sayin'....

At £100. £30 it's a whole different story.
