Disney only release their classics every now and then, they digitally remaster them, Snow White is the latest to be released. I'm afraid that Beauty & the Beast isn't due for release until 2012. I've been collecting the classic DVD's for a while and am still waiting for this one and Lion King to be released so I'm afraid you'll either have to wait, or pay a fortune on ebay for one is someone has an old one going.
no way its out in 2012 :O
ive been trying to find it for ages as a chrimbo pressie :(

You could try the oxfam shop online.
You will def get a second hand VHS copy from there but not sure about a dvd. Not much good if it is a present for someone else but my young daughter was chuffed to bits with her VHS which cost me less than £2!

Careful though as they're not region 2, will play if your DVD is multi-region but a lot aren't.
are you only after the dvd? I have a chip cup and lumiere spoon straw if interested?
im after a DVD region 2 version preferably :)
