Get the Pentax Optio S6 from eBuyer.com for £130 delivered if you use Super Saver. You can get a 2GB SD Card from 7dayshop.com for about £21 delivered. So all in all only £1 over budget.

The Pentax is a great camera. Small, with excellent features and great battery life. Check out the review on Steve's Digicams.

Currys / Comet (I forgot which) were doing a Lumix with Optical Image Stabilisation for £150 a while back. Don't think the offer is still on though.

The same camera goes for £130 elsewhere. What's the best you've found so far?

My final offer. But it takes you over budget. But you are asking for Image Stabilisation which is typically a high end feature. I was amazed to find it in a camera costing under £100!

Casio Exilim EX-S600

£159.01 delivered.
