Best Deal For New Contract With Free N95 On O2?

My brother has asked me to find him a deal for a new mobile contract, on O2 with a free N95. I have had a look around, and all the deals seem pretty much the same! He wants to pay £30 p/m or less, but doesnt want to pay for the phone!! He isn,t bothered about free texts, but needs 300-400 inclusive x network mins p/m.
I also wondered if, since I have an O2 contract myself, do they do any kind of refferals rewards that could benefit us both???
Any help greatly appreciated! (rep will be given!!!)
Thanks in advance!!

try here for free N95 on 12 mth tarrif from £20 pm, some with free DS, X360, TomTom One, PSP, iPod Nano etc etc
Is it essential to stay with O2, as three have N95 8GB on deals for less than £30. Plus if anyone who is already on three recommends him they get £30 each too. You can also go through Quidco, to get a range of cashbacks depending on the tariff. May help! Good luck anyway!
Thanks to both of you! I thought that e2save were a bit dodgey with their cashback deals though? (althought some of papa smurfs deals which were automatic are supposed to be a bit better?) Thanks for the info on 3 as well, I will have to have a word with him!
Rep to you both!
wouldn't bother. N96 out in Q3 2008.

yeah but by then he would already be through 6months of his contract and then in 6months time he could easily get an N96 then and as that phone would be older then no doubt get a much better deal than if he got it straight away.
