Best Deal on Trading fat PS3 for PS3 Slim

I want to change my exisitng fat PS3 to a new Slim PS3. Mainly for warranty peace of mind and I do like the look of the slim. The console runs fine and is in perfect condition (I have a protective skin on the console to avoid dust scratches and fingerprints) and it's boxed - the box looks new too as it has been kept in the spare room.

A huge hard drive bundle isnt what I'm after as my current one is 320GB (have the 80GB safe in its original box) and would swap out any slim hard drive anyway probably for a 500GB at some point.

I dont know if it would just be better me selling on my Phat privately via eBay, Play or Amazon and buying a Slim out of the proceeds or doing a trade at somewhere like Game, HMV etc.

Any tips people?

gamestation will MATCH the exchange trade price and beat it by a nice £1.
so if everything is boxed and good you will get £151 credit.

easily be able to get a new slim
