Hi Guys,

I recently bought a 26" HD LCD TV from my local sainsburys, it was an un-heard of brand, and it blew up within 3 days.

Im looking for a TV, doesnt have to be a MAJOR brand name, but one ive heard of but im not too fussed about that.

Basically all i want is the biggest tv i can afford with my £300 that supports HD.

I have had a look around, but you guys are amazing bargain hunters.

Thanks in advance,

I do not think you will find one bigger than 32" for less than £300

Hope this helps...

Hi,

Thanks for the reply!

I did find this TV but was unsure of the quality of it. Do you own this TV or know anyone with one?

I NEED HELP!

Playing xbox 360 on a 15" 10 year old tv is not fun!

:-(

i dont want to sound harsh.. but if you look on the hanspree there is like 270+ customer reviews of the tv. So if i was you i would read them.

i looked into this tv as was intrested!
the only reason i didnt go for it was because the picture quality for watching tv was noting special and there was alot of reviews about people having problems with a red motion blur around fast movung objects on screen, although this is a fault and you can get a exchange it was cropping up to much for my liking!
hope this helps

A wise man once said "Buy cheap buy twice" :giggle:

At least it blew up in the g/tee period.

Unfortunately the cheaper the LCD the poorer the picture quality - usually

I do not own this TV or know anyone that does, sorry. If you want the opinion of some HUKD members have a look at this thread

I have recently purchased a 32" sony bravia and agree with the posts above ( you get what you pay for, buy cheap buy twice etc ) However a budget is a budget and for £300 the hanspree is probably the best 32" you can buy........

I have the Hannspree JT01 and have to say it really is a very good TV.
Bought it 6 months ago and have used with XBOX360 and PS3. The Hi def content is stunning. Standard definition also looks fine and connected to a pc is more than acceptable.
