What minutes/texts/data preferences do you have?
#2
500mins+, not fussed on texts and 2gb+ data.
#3
32/128/256 model?
#4
Not fussed, guess 32gb is cheapest??
#5
best deal would be not getting one

If you fancied paying a tad more a month, Voda have a nice deal on at the moment via Mobiles.co.uk

32gb iPhone 7 in your choice of colour
£74.99 up front
£34 p/m
Unlimited minutes & Texts
5gb data

There seems to be a discount on the monthly cost, so you'd have to check whether you pay more to start with than at the end - or whether you just pay a flat rate, but in total it's £85 more expensive than the ID deal, but you get more than double the data.

Try uswitch - it may point you in the right direction.

uswitch has a lot of deals on the iPhone 7 128GB at around £950-1050 total cost. I would recommend not getting the 32GB version, it's reputedly got much slower read/write speeds and the higher memory versions will be more saleable later on. Or you can get the phone on interest free credit over 20 months in any Apple store and then get a sim-only deal, will probably work out a little cheaper and you won't be locked into a contract for as long
