I am in the process of helping produce a Magento build for our new website. I have most bases covered, but want to know what is the best extension or best method of storing customers information, view cases - as in complaints or queries, etc. Basically, I would like a similar system to what PayPal uses to respond to open cases.
I feel that our current method of keeping notes in the comments of a customer's order will not be sufficient. Any advice would be appreciated.
