Best material for replacing drawers bottom

I need to replace the bottoms of my drawers as the current one is made of hardboard and has become bent over time.

I am looking to replace them with something that is more sturdy and I am thinking of ply wood. Any recommendation?

What I do is put screws under where it is bent, so it always remains straight

Got to go with kester76

It's no good replacing with similar board and the issue seems to be overfilling (too much weight) and to compensate a metal strip should be used - it will also strengthen the joints and prevent the board popping out
