Best Mobile Phone Contract with Free PS3

I am looking for the best mobile phone contract (preferably on Orange or O2) that comes with a free PS3. I have been looking at the LG Viewty and the Samsung Soul. Preferably I don't want to spend more than £30 - £40 per month as I don't use my mobile that much (at the moment I have Vodaphone 500 minutes & 500 Texts for £35 per month but really only need 300 minutes, 150 texts or something like that) but it would appear that if I want a free PS3, I have to go with the higher tariffs. I don't mind having an 18 month contract and I don't want to have to pay for the phone!

Does anyone know of any good sites that offer free PS3's with mobile contracts?

Yea quite a few do but they seem to be high tariffs. I can get a Purple LG Viewty + Free PS3 for £55 per month the tariff is like 1800 minutes and tons of texts which I really don't need.

I am thinking about going in to the carphonewarehouse tomorrow and seeing what they can do for me. I def want the PS3 but I don't want to have to get out a massive tariff that I know I won't use.

I quite fancy the Samsung Soul but again the tariffs are much more than I need

the tarriffs are high because the phones are new. its gonna be a struggle to get a better deal than you stated but maybe cash back would help.

personally I think you may be better buying the PS 3 on a 0% credit card and paying around £20 per month then getting the Viewty on a low contract (you may get it for £20-£25)

edit: 3 do a 500 mix and match text/minutes deal with 120 video minutes (which you probably wouldn't use) for £30 per month with £32.50 quidco a £20 acessory voucher and £30 refer a friend. which effectivly works out at £26.53 a month

That is exactly what I was going to say. Get a cheaper contract, and buy the PS3 yourself. Capital one normally have long interest free periods..... Have a look on the CPW website, they normally have good cash back offers, and seem to honour them.

getting a free viewty is nice but it only really works out if you use a mobile a lot. I even know a friend who bought a pay as you go viewty as well as a contract with a cheaper phone then they just put the sim in the viewty.

for the samsung soul try vodaphone

£30 p/m contract gets you
-Free handset
-700 anytime mins
-250 texts
-£90 quidco

wait till quidco comes through then use it towards your PS3 puchase and it will only cost you £14.45 p/m on a 0% credit card
(this can be reduced further by quidco on a new credit card AND possible cash back, I think american express may be a good option with £35 - £40 quidco and possibly 5% cash back on purchases. the extra quidco could make the PS3 cost £12.23 - £12.50)

in effect £42.23 - £42.50 per month. if you can set the mobile to go off the credit card you can get cash back on the line rental and the PS3! If you can pull that off then in addition to that after 18 months (the line rental) you would also have £28.75 cash back as well!!!

btw all that was based on a PS3 costing £350

I have way too much time on my hands!
