Hi All,
Which is the best Netbook for under £250 at the moment.

I'm looking at the Asus or dell one, but if anyone who has one can give me a thumbs up it will be great. Thanks

Plus I dont think there are many netbooks for under £250 with a 3G SIM slot.

all depends on what you want
I bought the Medion E1311 when everyone was raving about it on this forum and it has served my wife very well, only went for this one due to the screen res 1366x768, you might find the 1024x600 res a bit cramped.
I have had a quick go on the MSI Wind U130 which looks ok, prices are up and down in argos £199-£229 also Carphone warehouse have the U135 in stock for £229 (bigger hard drive)
My own choice if can spend a little more is the U230 or any 11inch screen netbook for the higher screen res.
[FONT=Verdana]You might want to consider the following deal, if your alright with a 10" screen - it's well under your maximum stated budget and you'll be able to get it with free delivery as well.

HP Mini 10.1" Netbook, Windows 7, N270, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB SATA Hard Disk Drive, Bluetooth, 6 Cell Battery (6 Hours Life) --- Amazon --- £209.99 delivered - HotUKDeals Forum

Cheers, Scotty Boy!
Samsung NC10 - brilliant - whatever anyone else on here says !!!
Personally I went for the Asus Eee. Because Asus just make computers, unlike Samsung that seems to make everything. And I wanted to keep the budget below £200. But like Bobbybuilder says, I nearly got the NC10. But I am absolutely loving my Asus.
which asus did you get
which asus did you get

Asus Eee 1008HA. There are really no disadvantages with this unit from my point of view - the non removable battery doesn't bother me nor does the fact it runs XP. Simply put, it just works very very nicely for its intended purpose. I paid £199 which was the max I was going to.
whats the battery like on like on the 1008ha?where did you get it from for 200?
