Best PDA for Work and Sat Nav £150-200?

I really want to buy a PDA to use for work as a diary/ orgainser/ pocket pc etc!! but also dual up as a good Sat Nav!

I dont really no anything about them or which model spec duals up better?

I am looking to spend around 150-200 but could maybe stretch if someone suggests something worth doing?

Any help would be appreciated!?

PDA's are just like choosing a new PC. Go for on with the fastest processor and plenty of ram your budget will allow. I've still got my old ipaqs and they run tomtom fine. I've heard that the Dell Axims are quite powerfull but they are £200+. If i was to buy a new pda it would be the axim X51v.

Try doing a google search for an iPAQ 5720. These are PDAs which come with TomTom Navigator 6 and an integrated receiver meaning no wires or bits. Average price is just short of £200.

Thanks!!

Just had a quick look on the web, would u need extra stuff to turn this into a sat nav?

Whats the best price for a axim X51v?

Or if you need a phone too consider a Pocket PC phone. The new MDA Compact III is pretty cheap from T-Mobile and has integrated GPS for seamless sat-nav. T-Mobile

Or the XDA Orbit from o2 which I think is the same phone with a different name. o2

for satnav on pda's you will require a gps receiver (these are usually bluetooth these days), the software and a cradle/holder to fix to your car. If you look on the tomtom website they sell all different combinations of packages with all the stuff you need. As mentioned by someone else some Pda's are bundled with everything you need to get you started. I personally think tomtom software is the best but others are available so you should look round before you decide. Check out http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/ for reviews on lots of GPS hardware and software.

Yeah im looking at everything just dont want to spend a few hundred on something that i dont like!

Want it for a business use like emails, contacts, diary, work etc

then for fun like playing music, games, films etc

and also as a Sat Nav in the car so really i am goin to use this alot so prob dont mind spending a little extra to get something good that will cope with everything. Saying that i dont no much about them prob a cheap one will do all that?

What will the likes of the more expensive dell do over the cheaper etc?

I been doin some more research into this and found that another suggestion is the Ipaq 4700 with Tomtom and a bluetooth gps receiver, what do people think of this or the Fujitsu-Siemens Pocket Loox N520 satnav PDA over the dell or the other suggestions above?
