Google PC part pickers, great site to help you build one, it's honestly not hard once you know what's compatible with what

Tungsten PC are well worth considering. They specialise in custom builds and have excellent customer service!

generally prebuilt pcs can look good for price but you may end up with cheaper components that are louder / slower / hotter so be careful what you buy

also ask your friends about building them, it takes 20 minutes and I'm sure someone would do it for you if you asked

Do the research, ask questions etc. It's a lot easier to build computers now than it has ever been and very rewarding. You don't need a lot of expensive tools to build one either and there are videos on youtube which go indepth into the hobby.

What's your budget I can help you out?

Build it yourself then you know what is in it, can decide what you want and the cost will be lowest possible.

http://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc and uk.pcpartpicker.com are your source of information.

I'm guessing from your post you are having software issues and not hardware?
